1/2 cup fresh lemon juice plus 1 lemon, sliced thinly into wheels
2 cups seltzer
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
Pour the tequila, pomegranate juice, triple sec and lemon juice into a pitcher. Slowly pour in the seltzer and stir gently to combine. Serve chilled over ice. Garnish each drink with a lemon slice, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
